How do I get an estimate?
Go to our “Repairs” section and fill out our form and send your item to us. We will inspect it and contact you with an estimate. At this time, you may accept or decline the estimate.
If you would like an estimate before you send your item, please contact us. We are happy to give an estimate over the phone. Please note that if an estimate is given over the phone, it is an estimate based on not having the item. The estimate could change once your item is inspected.
Do you repair all types of jewelry?
We repair all types of jewelry! There is very little we can’t do and are happy to assist you with all your jewelry repair needs.
Once you receive my repair, how long will it take before it ships back our to me?
Each type of repair job requires a specific amount of time to truly do the job well. However, general repairs take approximately 3-4 business days once it is received in our facility and shipped back out to you. Certain jobs take a bit more time and the expected ship date will be given to you at the time of the estimate.
Are my items insured while they are with you?
For you peace of mind, know that every item that arrives to our store is fully insured during it’s stay with us.
What is the safest method for me to send my repair to you?
Jewelry Repair Online recommends that you ship your item(s) with the US Postal Service (USPS). Please use tracking and Insure your package for the appropriate amount as it is not covered by Jewelry Repair Online until it arrives in our facility.
Do you guarantee the work that you do?
We do guarantee the work that we do! This means we guarantee the parts that we made or repaired will not break in the areas in which we worked on for six months.
What are the basic costs involved in sending my items to you?
There are only three costs for JewelryRepairOnline.com:
1. Shipping your item to us
2. The actual repair charge (if you choose to accept the estimate)
3. Shipping your item back to you.
